 Megan and I want to thank you guys for all the effort you put into making our barbecue one of the best ever. It's difficult planning a function to serve food and drinks to fifty people simultaneously, not to mention if it's for the people you work with. We really wanted to do something a little different than the typical burger fest, and Barbarian Barbecue stepped up to the plate and served us all in record time. You guys were very professional and the fact that you can supply everything from cups and plates to the utensils and meats made the preparation much easier. Everyone commented on the incredible smoke flavor in everything you served. Some day we will have one of the "residential sized", smokers.
On behalf of the employees at Poole Brothers Lumber, Meg and I would like to say thank you for a successful party. We look forward to the 28th, when you, Steve and Dwight do it all over again for the annual owners meeting in Damariscotta. I know that it will be a hit, and maybe you will sell another smoker!!!
